We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return condition - Item must be unworn, unused in original condition and with all original tags and packaging. if the item has a scent, altered or marked in anyway we reserve the to refuse returns as this does not meet the original standard.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, you refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We also request a image of the fault or incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Exchanges

As a small independent business, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. if you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
